ICS – Digital Sculpture Class

1–2 minutes

read

These sculptures were created as part of the Digital Sculpture course I taught at ICS in Brazil. Each piece was designed to explore different aspects of character creation, from anatomy and stylization to hard-surface modeling, clothing, likeness, and production workflows.

All of the projects were sculpted primarily in ZBrush, using a variety of techniques including ZSpheres, Dynamesh, ShadowBox, custom alphas, and high-resolution detailing. Many of the characters were inspired by concept artists or public figures, providing students with a wide range of artistic and technical challenges throughout the course.
