Anxiety

Started this piece as a relaxation sketch during my “forced vacations” and funny enough it soon became obvious what was pouring out of me. In times of lockdown I see a lot of my friends struggling with Anxiety, specially my fellow artists. Complete change of routine and habits, uncertainty of work and the fear of social contact impacts everyone in different ways, but it is a big impact nonetheless.

So this is an attempt to translate my Anxieties into my art. A guttural feeling that twists  perspectives and thoughts. You become unrecognizable to yourself, like that is not you nor how you would behave.

Positive Mental Attitude is key. You can turn your worst anxieties into defining moments and experiences if you are open to it. Stay positive!

Even caring a heavy subject this was a very very fun piece to work on.
