Another piece that came straight from the subconscious. It slowly revealed itself over a series of sculpting sessions that felt almost therapeutic.
To me, it’s about loneliness, the growing pains that shape us, and the resilience to keep standing through it all. Depending on the angle, it can feel beautiful or tragic, and I like that both can exist at the same time.
It also brought back childhood memories of my mom filling the world outside our windows with gnomes, fairies, goblins, and all kinds of magical creatures. Looking back, I realize those stories probably shaped my imagination more than I ever knew.
