If I had to summarize this piece in one word, it would be ” Equanimity “.( if you are not familiar with the concept, do a quick google research on it! It might change your life! )
Picturing the flow state between peak emotions, the statue slowly rotates on top of a subtle and calm water fountain. Happiness and Sadness, Joy and Fear, Dance and Depression, Music and Silence, Courage and Anxiety…. They are all temporary.
We are all trying to find our balance in the middle.
And attaching ourselves to any of those extremes brings only pain.

If times are tough, hang in there! The end of the tunnel might be closer than you think! Go for long walks everyday. I promise, it makes wonders!
If times are great, savor it! Know that it will also come to an end and make peace with it.
